Refund Policy

Paid training programs

If you cannot attend a program you paid for, contact us at least 7 days before the start date and we will offer you a full transfer to the next cohort or a refund minus payment processing fees.

Within 7 days of the start

Within 7 days of the program start, your payment can be transferred to a colleague from the same company or credited to a future program. Cash refunds are not available in this window.

If we cancel or reschedule

If OTIUM cancels a program, you receive a full refund. If we reschedule and the new date does not work for you, you also receive a full refund.
